Scope of Work:

These positions have the responsibilities of building, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving stamping dies.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, build and troubleshoot dies with minimal supervision.
• Perform die changeover as needed.
• Fabricate / modify parts as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Support continuous tooling improvements and set up and operate all conventional tool room equipment.

Job Requirements

• A High school diploma or GED is required.
• A technical degree in Machine Tool or equivalent field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with high speed tooling is required.
• Proficient at precision machining and form grinding.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of press auxiliary equipment (i.e. material feeds) cradles and lubrication systems.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
