How To Unjam The HT55 Slim Hammer Tacker || First remove the pusher assembly from the hammer tacker, as well as any loose staples. Next, use a tool to push the pin at the back of the hammer tacker part of the way out. To fully remove the pin, press up on the magazine. Then give the magazine a slight push down and forward, sliding it out of the tool. Now you can examine the tool and remove any jams, using pliers or a screwdriver if necessary. To reassemble, insert the magazine back into the tool, making sure that the knife is lined up in its slot. Check that the holes are fully lined up and then insert the pin all the way through the tool. Finally, load more staples into the hammer tacker and reinsert the pusher assembly.
